Planning for a unique proposal but do not have any idea? We are here to help!

Our carboot surprise package includes our professional setup services, our team will be going over to your exact proposal location and setup will usually buffer around 1.5hours. Led lights are on a rental basis, so our team will be back to remove those items for you once you are done with your proposal. Do check with us for the available slot before booking on the website.

Do not own a car but still wants to enjoy this surprise, fret not! We provide car boot rental as well at $60 for 1.5hours. Timing will start once decor is ready. No driving away is allowed. Car will be parked at the exact location that you required.

FOR DELIVERY

Surprisefairy aims to provide efficient delivery, our team will drop a message to you before delivery to provide you an estimated time of arrival.
Kindly ensure there will be someone to receive the balloons/parcels at your stated delivery date/time as re-delivery is chargeable at $30 and subject to availability.
It’s advisable to schedule for delivery prior to your actual event to ensure balloons are in perfect condition. Please refer to the table below for floating time of different types of balloons:
11inch - 12inch Latex Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 8 to 10
hours*;
18inch - 40inch Foil Helium Balloons can float in the air for approximately 24 hours or more*;
24inch Customised Bubble Balloons can float in the air for approximately 2-4 days*;
All Normal Air-Filled Balloons can stay inflated for a few days*;
subject to weather conditions/temperature and how the balloons are being handled and transported. The balloons will gradually become softer/smaller over time which are fairly common.
Last-minute amendment (at least 2 days before delivery) of delivery date/time/location will be subjected to availability.
Strictly no refunds will be given once the order is confirmed.
Strictly no refund/exchange once the parcels/balloons are handed over in good condition upon delivery.
